Next, you have to enter the code from your iPhone on your Android phone. To do that, switch to settings on your iOS device.
Step 3. On the new iPhone, start the setup process for the new phone. Follow the instructions until you reach the Apps & Data screen and where there is an option Move Data from the Android , tap this option, press Continue > Continue to continue.
Step 4. Then a code will appear. This will be 6 digits or 10 digits.
Step 5. Back on your Android phone, enter this code into the Move to iOS app on your Android phone when prompted.
Step 6. Now you will see Transfer Data screen on Android phone with many options like Google Account, Bookmarks (Chrome), Camera Roll, Messages and Contacts. Note the app does not support transferring music, books and PDF documents in this way.
Step 7. Select any data you want to transfer so that the syncing process is started. The sync time for data transfer is fast or slow depending on the capacity and amount of data to be transferred. There will be a data transfer progress bar on the iPhone screen for your convenience.
Step 8. Press the Done button after the transfer is complete.
If you’ve already set up your new iOS device, you won’t be able to transfer data from your Android phone to iOS. It is mandatory to factory reset iPhone (erase all content and settings) in order to reset iPhone from scratch to be able to use Move to iOS.
